Whats your thoughts about Transferwise now?

As I see it, the benefit of free SEPA transfers comes from customers having balance on borderless account and later using it either with debit card or tranferring outside SEPA area. So when the money is already on Transferwise system, customers are more likely to use TW to spend the money later on.

Whats your thoughts about Transferwise now?

It seems Transferwise works with relatively big transfers, too. A lot in Finnish news lately about the state (government organization responsible for stockpiling certain goods) buying masks from UK company owned by Finnish business man, transfer of nearly 5 million euro (one time it seems) to a...

Unable to withdraw money from Paxum account - any ideas of EMI?

Paxum is difficult. Friend of mine had some money there and the only working way (although not cheap) was to transfer to external USD debit card (from Eastern European bank). Transfer was instant, but rather expensive, something like 6USD + 3% if my memory serves. External card had to be on the...

US bank account holders which are non-residents and are living abroad - Ability to get SMS

As far as I remember, I paid with EU debit card, but cash payment is also possible. They did not ask ID or anything like that. They definitely sell to anybody. Online top-up (recharge) also works with EU cards. I use the sim all the time abroad, works fine in few EU countries where I have...

Is it possible to by onsite without local ID / residency? After reading the FAQ it seems anybody can take part, ID needed for register plate auctions, but not cars.

US bank account holders which are non-residents and are living abroad - Ability to get SMS

I personally use Ultra Mobile by T-mobile. Monthly fee 3USD/month keeps it active and incoming sms to EU at least is free as far as I see. Works well in US for mobile internet too. Possible to get at least from T-Mobile dealers. It's also possible to top it up online with foreign card (used...

What's the costs to setup a company in Georgia?

There is definitely no need to LIVE in Georgia, but you must be present. Also, you don't have to speak Georgian, paperwork is both in Georgian and English. If you want to do it remotely, the 600 euro sounds about right, see the link Martin gave on the first page. Few links with more info about...

What's the costs to setup a company in Georgia?

I don't know where you get this 900 or 600, but both are totally crazy. Check the first page, agency Martin linked to. They ask 190 euros (+vat%). Company registration process is so easy that this 600 or 900 just crazy.

What's the costs to setup a company in Georgia?

It's often very smart to go to the 2nd/3rd largest city, everything is cheaper than in the biggest one.
