KYC would be a bottleneck with most routes. I'd exchange as much as possible to USD/EUR and try to get it out of the country physically. Gold can also work.

I've experience with Afrasia bank.. You do require an introducer (sorry, can't advertise any companies here..), and there's a bit of paperwork to complete, but when you get past the formalities it's all good..
