Processor for herbal product

I'm selling a product (pharmacy OTC) that's 100% herbal.

Though, most of the processors I speak with consider it to be pharma. Tried to explain the production process and ingredients, but no luck so far.

Any processor to recommend? Just need CC processing (already accepting SEPA)
