Do we have any reviews coming soon from well-known members here on OCT?

I’d really appreciate seeing something positive about this service, it would be great to get some trusted feedback.

Hello Gediminas,

I am very interested in this setup and have been researching the GitBook document and have quite a few questions.

If the series LLC is trading crypto, are there any licenses required?
I am a crypto trader and will be trading only for myself with my own funds.

How does the banking access work?
Are the bank accounts Omnibus Accounts?

How would funding the LLC need to work?
Should I fund the LLC bank account from my personal bank account, then buy crypto and transfer it the LLC vault?
Can I just transfer crypto from my personal wallet to the LLC vault?
Would I need to prove SOF or need any documentation?
Are there any minimum or maximum limits?

Could I trade crypto on CEX's under the LLC name and still be within the LLC's legal framework? e.g. Open a business trading account on maybe Binance or some other CEX.

I understand that when the 'connect to dApp' feature is available, I would be able to connect to DEX's and Defi protocols directly from the vault.
Am I correct in assuming I could create a vault for each DEX and trade multiple DEX's at the same time.

Thank you in advance.
@Gediminas

What's delivery time from payment to use the company? how does banking work ?

Normally, 2-3 days after we receive the correct documentation.

Re banking, initially, we will activate it for individual access (not for Series). We have started the tests already, should be implemented by the end of this month.

No license requirement

Yup, thats how it works - you fund your self-custodial vault.
No SOF, no limits.

Currently there is no connection with CEXes, but we are planning to develop API for that.

Connect to dApp function is already in development, we have done first tests where we connected to Aave and been able to supply/borrow assets. Once it's implemented, you will be able to connect to any defi protocol through Wallet Connect.

Thank you for your response.
As soon as the connect to dApp function is available and I can trade, I will be signing up for the professional package.

I look forward to testing this.

I can't get the reference letter bank refuse it, and have no professional I work with ?
A reference letter can be from the bank, a lawyer, an accountant, or from a person with whom you had a professional relationship (client, supplier, contractor, employer, partner, etc.)
