    Did you get a solution to your question (where-to-incorporate-as-semi-nomadic-it-consultant) ?

    I am an IT Consultant too, all my clients are based in same country. I use independent contractor agreements, and they bill me, regularly. It's similar to a sole proprietor setup.

    Correct, I am self-employed in my tax resident country. But I have a lot to offer as services so I am interested to explore outside my comfort zone. Lol

    My idea of investing is stock markets, real estate in countries that have CRS. This may appear contradictory to what most people may do. But I prefer to have a good night sleep by paying minimum tax instead of zero tax, and use my focus to expand. I believe, gone are old days when you can do something in stealth mode, Thanks to globalization and digitalization past 10 years. I might be wrong though.
