    Hi - we have 2 Cyprus companies and are currently thinking of changing our corporate service provider for both companies. Can you please DM me and let me know how much you charge in total for everything required to maintain the companies, i.e. the following services:

    Local director
    Company secretary
    Registered office address
    Annual audit of financial accounts and preparation and submission of annual returns and tax returns (we maintain our own accounts - so we don't need accounts preparation services - we just need the accounts to be audited). The accounts for both companies are very simple - just a few transactions every year.
