Hi All,

My partners and I are starting a site based around adult entertainment. Due to it's litigious nature, we would like to incorporate offshore. Some of what would be our major competitors are based in Cyprus, so thinking it would probably be our best bet.

Is there any concern to this approach? Would we still have access to international banking, accepting forms of payment on our website such as Visa, Mastercard, etc?

Any guidance or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

It's high risk activity.

It's a high risk activity

P.S You may just want to speak to Paxum or similar before incorporating anything. Banking and payments for a mostly prohibited or at least high risk activity is not accepted by most banks and card companies sadly . So do your homework before doing anything.

Are you going to use a popular payment processor like CCBill, Epoch, Verotel, Segpay?

Which specialised banks are you talking about? I've been looking around for ages to find a bank for my adult business in Cyprus that offers dedicated USD accounts.
second that, what bank would that be?
