You will need much capital, or is there a bank for midsize people?

There are some services for affluent people i.e up $250k to $2m in credible offshore banking centres. But a lot of private banks have discontinued such services due to it being unprofitable. You would need a good case for being accepted as a client. Otherwise find a private bank in a third world country where $250k makes you the 1%.
