Advcash or Payeer merchant for not being in CRS

What do you think about have a website with digital goods/services and get payments from users via Advcash merchant account or Payeer one? It can be a good solution to avoid CRS?

At what point if you register on that platforms as a company or private, can they export your data to your EUROPEAN country of residence?

Advcash have really high limits in these days for personal verified accounts in comparsion with other online payment solutions.
