Affilite Marketers of OffshoreCorpTalk, how did you set up your business?

Interested to know about that too. So far non résident US LLC seems to be the most commun choice.. the only issue is that the main affiliate networks are US based.. so revenue should be taxed..

Depending on where you live a UK LLP can work in just the same way a US LLC does.
If you do not require anonymity then its just as good. Plus if payments are coming from US you are free from WHT and or CIT. Plus you have options when it comes to banks and EMI providers.

Thanks for your reply. UK LLP needs two people right ? What if you want to be alone in the business.

Also, do the profit need to be distributed and/or declared every year in the fiscal residency ?

Yes but it can be a company there are a lot of companies that will be your 1% partner. The partnership agreement defines you receive 100% of the profits.
You are supposed to declare the tax in your home country. The UK authorities wont inform them.
