Alternative to blackcatcard

Ermm... when we're at this topic, does anyone know any solid virtual-card that's not EEA-exclusive for us here in pit-s**t non-EU Europe? Other than Payoneer, but they're a story of their own... does anyone have anything solid that accepts us monkeys?

Hong Kong has a couple of interesting Wallets with Cards available - even accepting Crypto - actually for non-EU Residents / Citizens Hong Kong Banking has a lot to offer as EU is closing down more and more to non-EU residents - as you describe already yourself as a Monkey.

KYC is very less - basically the bare minimum.

In regards to Blackcatcard I recommend people to look up "Leupay", "LeoPay" and "iCard".

It looks like story is repeating here with Blackcatcard alias PAPAYA Ltd. with going as Grey Area as possible with Malta IBAN's then getting cut-off from SEPA and then re-launching with Bulgaria IBAN's - keep cautious especially if you are new to the Offshore World and don't know that same story repeats like 7-8 Years ago with Satabank Malta and LeuPay.

@Fred could you name any of that HK wallets ?
I have still Blackcardcat but i could move all balance via Crypto outside, nothing was frozen.
