Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia , Philippines, Cambodia - all of these have not signed CRS.

Are there any good bank accounts or EMIs you would recommend both as offshore company corporate bank account AND a personal account?

If yes, which banks or EMIs would you recommend and in which jurisdictions?

One think you want to consider before your jump on the train at one of these countries is that countries which don't comply with international regulations and the fight against money laundering will be subject to a lot of attention from the neigbhour countries which will respond with blocking of incoming transfers from such countries, additional documents and even a bank account closoure of your current bank account.

One can say, hey, what the f**k, they will never know I have an account there, but then you want to think, how long do you think these countries can hold against the presure of the EU and USA ? What do you think will happen once the major nations break these small countries.

You want to think a little bit further then just today and tomorrow.

Try bank of georgia and silkroad bank.
You can open multi-currecy account remotely.

There are numerous of Georgia financial service which can help you. You just needs copy of passport and notarized POA.

Good idea is to search the forum (use Google) to find all the many posts and threads about Georgia banking.
