Any suggestion for a reliable Stock, ETF and Commodities broker for EU residents?

Could you please list your experience or who you thin is the best?
I am looking for real brokers, not CFD brokers,
that means that if you want you can move open positions to another broker via the Automated Customer Account Transfer Service (ACATS) or any other system.
