only if you open in local banks, ibu they will open you c account remotly, stay away from fortress bank

bnp parisbas they in north cyprus as branch of their turkish branch, or garanti bank is own by bbva, of course someone here will tell you is scam banks, and is better to use csp in cook islands, i personally use ziraat bank because i have a friend there

Ziraat, Garanti , BNP paribas are all reputable banks.
All of them are Turkish banks operating since years and years..

i would say they are operating form centuries, bnp is one of oldest banks in the world, but i repeat beter use capital x securyty bank in cook island our mentor gold group will explain you why.
North cyprus is non man zone , thats why bnp paris bas has branch there

some offshore bank they charge around 2000 eur he wants earn something is normal , just wait the border open , come and open in person, but turkish banks are more likekly to check your operations
