Are virtual business addresses a red flag?

Hello Guys. I am trying to open a merchant account to process card payments online, but want to avoid all the mistakes that would increase the likelihood of my application getting rejected. I am planning to use a virtual business address, but from what I have heard if you intend to process visa/mastercard payments with a virtual address, your application will get rejected as they view virtual business addresses as a red flag. Is this true?

no it is not depending on which payment processor or merchant brocker your aproach.

Some will ask you for a utility bill, that would stop the show for you.
