I would exercise EXTREME caution:
Whois.com - AxxonPay.com - They registered a few months ago and couldn't even afford a measly 10-year domain registration!

Also, Go to About Us,
AxxonPay - About Us
and the picture of the two "founders" is on a bunch of sites. Search Google image for this pic:
