Bank that is easy to verify (scans/photos and no videoIdent) within EU

Hey there. I am looking for an online bank / mobile bank, where it's not too hard to verify on. I don't like Video identifications. An upload of scans or something isn't a problem. It should be an EU-Bank (EU-IBan) to receive and send SEPA payments.
