Best crypto debit cards

Which services are best to send crypto to and then spend by using a debit card inside the EU? Either no KYC or KYC. Just read Binance is discontinuing its debit card sadly.

I've been using Xapo Bank for a while and it works for me, but the account is in USD, so maybe not the best for EU.
