Any idea which country is best to open paypal account in terms of:

1. Features available for this country (like withdraw to card, bank... funding... what can be done with the account...)

2. Easiest with little verification needed (with Dark docs)

3. Easiest with little verification needed (with normal real docs)

Here in thailand, withdraw to bank account only, but little to no verification
