Big win for Germans

It looks very bleak for Germany in these years, with rising unemployment, a severe shortage of housing for ordinary people, increasing poverty, and more than 5.3 million receiving welfare benefits.

It is a sad development for such a large country with so much industry and many wealthy citizens.

Germany was dead as a nation the moment war broke out in Ukraine.

Its entire industry was built on

- Cheap Energy

set that aside, even if they did have it they don't have the skilled demographics to carry forth, Germany companies will be American companies in future, and the market share world wide will decline as they are up against China (EV's)

so Germany is not a superpower I've read about on the internets? o_O was manufacturing their main economic source? what about tech, medicine, some resources, services? that's so weird to read about Germany as a 'downward spiral' economy and country, very unusual, it was always praised and considered the main economic power of EU along with France and UK back then 10-12 years ago. What about France though, does it go different direction or similar to Germany?

All reliant on cheap energy and demographics, they imported the third world instead of having kids, and their cheap energy supply was cut off.

US is mopping up those industries.
