Spanish EMI BNC10 is mentioned in some threads in this forum.
So I believe that some of you have opened an account there.
An European friend told me about his problems with that EMI.
And if you have an account with them, you should think about acting now.

For a few weeks or months now, a 404 error has been appearing on the BNC10 website.
Emails to support are being bounced back.
New debit cards are no longer being issued.
The good news is that online banking is still available through the mobile apps and this link:
My friend told me that his outgoing transfers are no longer being executed since his debit card expired. But maybe it's just a coincidence.
(Of course SEPA transfers have nothing to do with the card, but the interface returns an error since that date)
Since support is no longer available, there is also no way to fix the error.
So his money is stuck there.
If you have an account there, I recommend moving your money at least before your card expires.
