Bolivian offshore company

Some body here with experience with bolivian company?.
At first view, non crs country, no AEOI, non ocde, non ubo register. The first problem detected it's on OFAC list. So problem to work with USA. But it's not included in EU black list o grey list as I got to deduct. The formation is cheap and only need a local manager and adress. Perhaps the problem with OFAC was for Evo Morales. But possibly with a new gobernment can change this status
Offshore bolivian company has 0% tax. Is part of Mercosur

OFAC list is not a small problem, it will be a nightmare to open foreign bank account for Boivian residents/citizens/companies

Except for Uruguay (extremely attractive), Paraguay (easy to setup company and to get passport/residency) or Chile (very attractive before Bachelet but socialists might take over again...), I would not invest in any other south american country

Its becoming harder for Ecuador and Colombia already. Argentina is rejected with many banks since 2018 (UAE, Switzerland, HK)
No need to add anything about Venezuela I believe...

Easy to get passport in Paraguay? Really? As far as I know, that's a big hoax. Even people who have lived there for years can't get a passport.

Paraguay is not a big hoax, it is extremely easy to get residency there. Citizenship is ended harder, but I know a few guys who acquired it.
