We plan to make a company at BVI.

If we sell live webinars to EU citizens, do we have to pay VAT?

Looks like we don't, asking to be sure.

Live Webinars are not ‘Electronically supplied services’ (in term of EU VAT changes of 2015).

Automated teaching services are. But not live webinars where humans play an essential role.
