How many of you generally skip your breakfast due to heavy work schedule or other reasons? I think it makes you less productive at work.

Passing breakfast is not a good idea. I tried it for a couple days for my diet, and i end up having a lack of energy, so i think its better to have enough breakfast in the morning

I am agree with You. Its not a good idea to avoid your breakfast as there are chances to get rid of your energy level. Its also important to keeps variation in your breakfast to maintain interest.

I have to eat breakfast so I have some energy to get the day started. Sometimes it can be a large breakfast and other times it might be a small one, but I do eat breakfast.
