can anyone recommend a consultancy firm for "EU insolvency" in Ireland?

I have a client who has debts and is EU resident. He would like to go through an insolvency procedure in Ireland so his debts (also in his home EU country) will be lifted.

Did someone make first hand experience and can recommend a service provider who is assisting with this insolvency procedure? And do you know the total fees for such a procedure?
