Can I shop using Moneybookers with confidence?

How can I protect myself from cheating and scammers?


I would like to try shopping with moneybookers. But as I know, MB has no charge back policy. How can I shop with MB? Have it protection policy for buyers?

Ebay does not allow moneybookers.


Did you say, you have no credit card? If you have one, you will have no trouble, if you want to complain or get your money back.
