Can we view videos and make money?

Have you ever tried to view and earn, ya I was given a link by some of my friend and I was really surprised to know that there are advertisers out there who actually pay to view the videos. The site requires you to remain online for say about 60 sec and watch the video content and then the amount of 1cent is credited into your account. It seems it works. I haven’t received any payouts from this site as I haven't reached the min payout of 10$. Have you tried out any such site?

I never heard of anything like that and I don’t think that I would view a video just to make a cent. If you want to make money online then you should try to create your own site.

Hey i already saw a site named paidtoviewtube and it pays so. You view videos and earn cash in a few cents. I just wanted to know if thats legit or not.
