Can't Get Into My E-gold Account

have not seen anything about this problem ...


when i go to log in to my egold accnt...


they send me a pin#..i put it in and submit...


the page refreshes and sends a new pin#....


this goes on forever...12 times before i gave up...


this has been going on since oct 14th of last year


2 days after i uploaded my verification documents


and my settings allowed any ip and any browser
