Card to PayPal service

Hi,

Right now, PayPal is still limited in my home country. I can’t add funds or withdraw from/to a local bank account.

My research : card payment transfer to my PayPal account (as third party)

Does it exist ? Probably from some misc exchanger. Let me know. Thx

If exchangers exist = it will take tonns of % for that.
Have you tried any EMI ? For example registering in some kind of EMI (adding 100eu there, adding funds from EMI card to Paypal) ?

I have some EMIs already. However I also can’t top up by card my PayPal, due to it being restricted. I’m okay about fees, I’ll use it only at rare situations (at the moment, negative balance after an eBay refund )

I didn’t in the end. The process looked convoluted. Still after a straight forward option

Seem s like finding a PayPal seller at Paxum is the best bet, with escrow

There’s also Coinbase (card deposit/purchase then PayPal withdrawal)
