Cheapest & Fastest Place To Set Up A Nominee Corporation?

Hi everybody,

Im trying to figure out where it would be cheapest & fastest to set up a nominee corporation that won't be used for any financial activity?

We simply need this corporation to be on some of the landing pages in our business for legal purposes, and i'm personally not interested in the possibility of people being able to find me in a public registry.

Been Google a bit the past few days before posting here, and it seems like nominees were a thing in UK some years back, but nobody offers it anymore?

Use a New Mexico or Wyoming LLC? There's no public register.

I'd second US LLC. Pick a state that offers privacy for members and managers, and you won't even need nominees (other than in some cases for filing annual returns).

Nominee structures in for example EU aren't going to achieve what you seek, since there are UBO registries now which makes nominees ineffective at hiding the UBO.
