Coinbase Commerce to fiat, how?

I would like to know how it is possible to exchange my crypto holdings in coinbase commerce to FIAT within the system, is that possible?

When googling about it, people speak about coinnase the wallet, I don't know how this is the same as coinbase the crypto payment gateway.
