The minimum numbers of directors needed for a Cyprus company is just one. Provided that he or she is not also the Company Secretary of that company. Do you think it is a good practice in Cyprus?

Definitely it is good practice in Cyprus for setting up an offshore company with minimum formalities. This would make the company formation process faster and from expenditure point of view, it is cost effective too if a company can run with a single director.
