Content Creators Management Agency, Wyoming LLC and Dubai Free Zone LLC

Hi All,

For the purposes of this thread I'm in the process of setting up an online digital marketing agency, that specialises in marketing services for adult content creators... I'll let you put 2 and 2 together about which platform and services.

I wanted to know if anyone can help me with the following query and eliminate all taxes.

Here are my thoughts
1) Incorpoate a Free Zone Dubai LLC with UAE bank account (Neither the US or FZ LLC company name would not mention anything about being a marketing agency for adult content creators).
2) Incorporate a Wyoming LLC with a US bank account owned by the FZ LLC (As I'm a non US resident, I would not be subject to any tax unless I have US clients, which would then be 30% tax).
3) The earnings from the Wyoming LLC (which accepts strip as a payment processor) would then be pay money into the FZ LLC bank account.

This seems like a smart setup, but ONLY if UAE are accepting of a marketing agency that operates within the adult space.

Does anyone have any answers or pointers of this because noone seems to know the answer in the adult space.

I have the exact set up you're proposing for my own digital marketing work, and I'm in a niche of business Dubai is not happy to bank, so to get round the banking problem my marketing is only talked about in general and generic terms and I set up a very generic website for the UAE face.

Saying that while my niche is hard to bank it's not illegal in Dubai - unlike adult - so you'd have to be super secretive and make the most boring generic website known to man and never ever link what you do with what you *do* else a world of hurt awaits.

Also if you're actually going to be doing adult marketing work in Dubai, they really do seem pretty clued up on actually seeing through VPN and blocking anything dodgy. It's weird. So yeah visiting adult client sites will be risky. I'd say not worth the risk.

UAE is not the country to be playing with fire really!

I think I will steer down the route of a Wyoming LLC, with bank account, and then pay into something like a Georgian bank account.

It sounds like you have a solid plan in place. However, I would advise you to be careful when it comes to operating within the adult space, as it can be a bit tricky to navigate the legal and financial aspects.

One way to avoid any potential issues would be to create a FZCO in the UAE for Enterprise consultancy. You can say that you offer a comprehensive services to your clients (incl. marketing consultation services) and invoice your US LLC for those services. Just make sure to prepare contracts and invoices to make everything appear legitimate. And, of course, avoid mentioning anything related to the adult industry to the bank.

By doing this, you can ensure that you're operating within the legal and financial boundaries and avoid any unnecessary troubles.

Is not better just create a company in Romania if you are making under 500K a year? I mean at least adult is not illegal there I think.
