Converting BTC to fiat

Hello,

I'm looking for a couple ways to convert my BTC to fiat:

1. Online services where I can deposit BTC and withdraw to my PayPal account or other services (other than bank accounts)
2. People looking to buy BTC in exchange for fiat.

I know there are P2P platforms in order to exchange BTC to fiat and the opposite, but I'm interested doing it more easily and with less fees.
