Cost in dollars to create new offshore company in Seychelles?

This is all new to me. Thanks to this great forum I have learned much still I need to learn more.


I need to know the exact dollar amount to create a Seychelles company. Say I have to pay eur 585 (like on the cclogic website) what is it in dollars and what does it covers?


Will the setup fee include:


- Registering a new Seychelles company


- Nominee Director


- Nominee Shareholder


- Articles


- Shareholder Certificate


- Company Ceretificate


- Registered Office Address to receive parcel


Also I need to know if there is any requirement for accounting and tax reporting! I see many posts confirming accounting and tax reporting is not required! Please clarify?


Can I open a bank account for the Seychelles company with any bank? If yes, can I do it or do you need to do it for me?


What does 1 million USD in Share capital means? Will I have to pay in the amount or will I owe the share capital to anyone?

the share capital isn't something you need to worry about, you don't owe it nor will you need to pay it at any time.


To open a bank account for a Seychelles company is not complicated and pretty easy if you use the services from the Forum MOD's
