Country restrictions on forming offshore company are there any?

Ive been reading that some offshore jurisdiction have restrictions on the citizen ship of a person that want to register a offshore company, do you know about this?


Can you list the offshore countries that may have such restrictions please?


Does Cyprus, Gibraltar, Panama or Seychelles have such?

Exactly, most often it is not the company registration that will be a problem but when the offshore company requires a bank account issues will start the same for contracting with partners, customers etc.

Somalia and Iran are defiantly two countries that won't be accepted by any bank for account opening

Never heard of anyone had difficult to open a offshore company. Banking may be different.

Never mind, it is not a issue for a offshore company it is the offshore bank account
