Credit Card to Wire Transfer

Hi All,
Does anybody know about any EMI, PSP, etc that provides affordable credit card funding (2% commision approx) of the account and then allow wire transfer? (preferably in your name).
Notes: Own credit card / Own bank account / No EU residence.
I know LeuPay does the trick but I've read they are totally unreliable. Tens of comments/reviews saying that when your account turnover go over a VERY FEW thousands, they block or close the account for any reason (and keep the funds!)

Can't you do that with AdvCash as far as I read it ?

Hi @auric. Thanks for you comment. Yes, I'm considering AdvCash but they have two downsides: high commission for credit card (almost 3%) and I think the outward transfer is not in my name.
I'd like to know if someone here know a better option.
I found that SwissQuote or Dukascopy provides a Swiss FX account in your name and let you fund with CC at 2%. What I don't know if they let you withdraw the funds deposited through CC to a bank account and if they are easy going/straightforward.
