VAT for the period 01.08.10 - 31.10.10 has to be reported at the latest of 06.12.2010


All clients affected have as well been informed as usually by e-mail.

Nope, you will need to register the company for VAT - if you don't want to be registered for VAT it is ok, however, there may be benefits for most companies to be registered for VAT.
