I decided to incorporate in Cyprus, but not sure who's reliable for company formation and accounting/audit services?

I'm looking for reliable but not KPMG pricing level, so something fairly priced. It's clean business, nothing shady.

Yes, that's been discussed many times and from what I read, the offshorecorpgroup.com is probably the best way to go?

For company setup, I know of people that have used:

Pelekanos

For accounting / auditing though, they use Deloitte. You can probably find a local accountant for cheaper than them though.

there is no bets provider! It depends on what business you are into and what works for you not for me or anyone else.
