Late last year I bought a Czech company with a VASP from a turnkey provider. The VASP ended up being removed as a business plan was not submitted before the transfer took place. So they company ended up giving another company with a VASP instead.
They also transferred over the original company too, which I do not want. I asked to liquidate it but they quoted around 2000 Eur to do so. Pretty pissed off about the situation.
The company has no operational history or assets and I am looking for options to either sell (at no charge) or to liquidate at a more reasonable rate. I am not Czech based, so unsure on the complexities of this. Any advice or suggestions?
