I would like to share with the forum members about my experience for dating business organizations. As it turned out, Bulgaria is very well suited for such activities.
The best variants are registered a new company there with a local UBO / director (local nominee), opened three business accounts in different local banks (which are part of European banking groups) and opened a merchant accounts with Payment Services Providers. At the same time, the implementation period of the entire chain from the company set up to the start of the payments receiving took less than one month.
I would be glad if someone from the OffshoreCorpTalk members also shared their ideas, suggestions or experience in running of the dating business
