yes it's possible but opening the bank account is the hard part of this setup

But I see that they require physical address in the US. Also I read that it would be easier to open bank account if you go to the USA and do it there.

Yep, actually is like that and depend a looot of the bank branch you are going to open the account....
Some branch actually ask you for the EIN + SSN and others just with your EIN they open an account for you
