Difference between premium and business accounts

I am not sure what is the difference between a premium and a business account in PayPal. According to me both of these account are one and the same. Can anyone here more about the difference between these two accounts.

If I am not wrong there is no major difference between these two. Premium and business accounts are somewhat similar.This is what I have observed, but I would like to know what others have to say in this context.

I am assuming that you mean premier, not premium, correct? The only difference between a premier paypal account and a business account is that the business account allows for multiple users while a premier account does not.

Premier account is for individuals who buy and sell online and Business account is for merchants who use a company or group name.
