Why would you want to register a company with bearer shares?

You digging in something from the past, even the Dinosaurs have lived long after this was applicable.

Bearer shares are useless in 2021 no bank will accept it unless you provide them with comprehensive DD and KYC, they will also want to hold them custody.

There are some countries with special bonds for water price in asia. But I have not ever tried to invest in it.
