Does anyone use Payoneer?

Hey Guys

Does anyone use Payoneer? Do you know if you can make payments to suppliers that don't have Payoneer accounts?

My first experience with Payoneer has been very bad.

I made a test by receiving a first small payment from one an acquirers of our payment processor in the EUR dedicated IBAN of Payoneer.

The payment has been rejected by Payoneer without any explanation, and now the refund cannot be located because it has been made in the name of Payoneer and not from the account to which the initial payment was sent (IBAN dedicated).

The support is disastrous, there are really no indications of who or not can receive transactions. I don't think I will use this service again.

Or does it work well only to receive payments from affiliated companies in Payoneer?

Thanks Elve. Your experience does indeed seem poor. I'm sure within the Payoneer ecosystem all is ok, but wonder if others have experience making and receiving payments from other sources..

it works for a very long time
it has specific rules, but it's not a problem to work with if you what you do

for outgoing SWIFTs you need to add your supplier's bank details as cash out option
