Does Payoneer give information to tax authorities, for closed accounts?

Question. The tax authorities want to obtain id numbers from payoneer for its citizens in order to see who is on payoneer. If the account was closed last year, does payoneer give that information about those who have closed their accounts?

Payoneer is going public. I don't have good or bad experiences with them, but Transferwise seem to be far ahead. PAYONEER TO GO PUBLIC
