Does place of incorporation matter for banking

Do banks care where the company is incorporated or do they only care about nature of activity, location of activity, citizenship and residence of owners and directors?
Asking for ordinary money flows where you don't make yourself attractive with money.

Place of incorporation is one of many factors that banks take into consideration. It can make a significant difference, but being incorporated somewhere "good" doesn't automatically guarantee success nor does being incorporated somewhere "bad" mean your chances are zero.

But you can be absolutely sure that it makes things much easier if, for example, you have a company in Germany, France, or Switzerland rather than in Somalia, Panama, or the Seychelles.
