After ePayments, DSX announced that all of their bank operations are suspended till unkown.

As you might have heard, ePayments has been reviewed by the FCA and agreed to temporarily suspend all accounts.

We are also temporarily facing some issues with our banking suppliers due to this situation.

As such, we are temporarily unable to accept bank deposits or process bank withdrawals. We are already working hard with the bank to fix the issue and start processing bank transfers again. However, cryptocurrency transfes are working as usual.

As soon as we have an update we will let you know.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and want to assure you that the DSX team is working tirelessly to provide you with deposit and withdrawal options as soon as possible.

Best regards,
DSX Team

Thank you for letting us know. More EMI's will get troubles soon. There is a lot of fuz going on in this industry.

All happening so quick like a domino affect. Yet Leopay is still operating after Satabank fiasco .

DSX sent another update just now. Looks like they found a new bank and all bank operations are back to normal.

We’re working tirelessly to provide you with the best crypto experience you deserve.

Today we’ve managed to:

  1. Get a new banking relationship. Look for the new bank account details we are ready to start accepting deposits.
  2. Team is making necessary changes to the infrastructure to get the withdrawals moving.
  3. Card deposits are back online. Visa is available globally, Mastercard (EU, Russia, Ukraine, Mexico and South Africa) for now. More countries to come soon.
  4. Getting ready to enable debit/credit cards withdrawals.

Thank you for your patience and devotion.

Your team at DSX.

What's coming next?

Who knows...maybe EPB as that opaque bank is fishy as hell and I have enough bank accounts to know trouble when I see it ns2.
