Easiest bank account for EU company with CEO\ben in CIS country (for Kickstarter)

no, you owe taxes in the country where you actually reside. What you would be doing is tax evasion, which is a crime.
you have to personally calculate the risk to reward ratio of this decision and execute accordingly.
ok last message to avoid the subject going too off, you are saying that, a way to be accepted in the banks is submitting a proof of address in a tier 1 country where u don't live, but at the same time still paying at the country you live since in this case wouldn't be considered tax evasion as u are paying taxes...

no further consequences by doing that?

yeah like what you are doing is lying to the bank/EMI so they open you an account, period.
It has nothing to do with taxes, wherever the bank thinks you are is irrelevant to taxes.

I mean im confident you will be breaking some laws by just lying to the bank but otherwise no, thats it.

Not a suggestion, but if anything isn't working for you, just go for St. Kitts banks. Alternatively, you can go with China EMI, or you can try Cyprus EMI, but be prepared for the costs.
possible to describe a setup with agent that could deal with all of it?

Otherwise @MichaelUniq @Fred and @Gediminas are the kings in stuff like this at OCT.
