Easy of doing business

Wow Georgia is ranking really high.

I didn't expect to see it in this position.

Anyone here have experience in running and managing a Georgian company?

Is that good?

I recently considered the Romanian microcompany which is a good setup for tax savings but not very good for bureaucracy.

UK companies are much better in this.

What is your best way to go considering both a tax wise setup and easy to manage company?

By and large, the rankings and findings in the Ease of Doing Business reports are not useful metrics for international/non-resident type businesses, or even by foreigners. There are some exceptions, especially around the top, where the high ranking does line up with the type businesses being started and discussed on this forum. But good luck trying to start a company in South Korea as a foreigner (non-resident or not). So take the rankings with a grain of salt.

Yeah i agree with you, but this doesn't mean that this statement applies for all the countries listed here or that you can't relocate and run your company from there as local resident.

I don't know about Georgia, but i can say the UK has been a far better and easier setup than my home country.
